Choosing your Invitation pagkage

We have two main types of invitation packages.

• Main Invitation, Main Envolope, Response (RSVP) cards, Return (RSVP) cards.

Choosing the most appropriate package depends on the formality of the event . It also depends on whether the planning for the event ( like flowers, hall, catering etc.) depends on the an acurate estimate of the guests expected to attend.

Addressing your envolopes

When addresing your invitation envolopes, use your most elegant penmanship or improve plain handwriting with special calligraphy pens. Address your envolopes according to the following etiquette.

• Use full names and formal titles. Do not abbreviate.
• Write first names of children below parents names in order of age.
• Do not use symbols like '&', initials and abbreviations like 'st', blvd' and 'ave'. Spell out everything.
• Do not abbreviate state names.

Mailing your invitations

• Mail all invitations at the same time, four to six weekes before the wedding date.
• Determine the exact postage of the completely aassembled invitation and remember to include stamps for return envolopes
• Include return address on each outer envolope.
